I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance companies directly. That said, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits — just let me know, and I'll provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance company.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker in both New York and New Jersey, so I'm able to work with clients located in either state.

All sessions are held virtually through a secure video platform, so you can meet with me from wherever feels most comfortable to you.

Life happens — I just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be billed the full session fee.

I work with individual adult clients. This allows me to give each person my full attention and tailor our work together to your specific needs and goals.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I'm not able to prescribe medication. If it seems like medication could be helpful as part of your care, I'm happy to coordinate with your prescriber or provide a referral to one.
